Measure Ground Control provides users with the ability to easily customize their subscriptions to meet their specific requirements. With a wide range of subscription options available, Measure offers flexibility for all fleet sizes.
Canceling Your Subscription
Login to Measure Ground Control
To begin the process of canceling your subscription, simply hover over the profile icon in the top right corner and select Billing.
Scroll down and select Cancel Subscription.
Current billing information such as Billing Start Date, Renewal Date, and Plan Details will be displayed in this tab. Users can review and update billing information from this tab.
Once you click on Cancel Subscription, a confirmation prompt will appear. Select Continue to proceed with the cancellation process.
Please note that access to the Measure Ground Control web and mobile app will be lost at the end of the billing cycle after canceling the subscription.

By clicking the Submit button, the feedback will be submitted. Select Continue to finish the subscription cancelation process.
Downgrade/Upgrade Your Subscription
Login to Measure Ground Control
Hover over the profile icon located in the top right corner and click on Billing.
Select Change Plan to choose a new subscription plan.
Please see our knowledge base article on What is Included in Your Subscription to learn more about the different Measure subscription plans.
After selecting a new plan, select Continue to complete the plan downgrade/upgrade process.
Subscription plan benefits will change at the end of your billing period.
