Starting April 2023, Measure Ground Control will offer a variety of flexible subscription options to accommodate different types of users with varying fleet sizes.

What will happen to Free user accounts?

Starting April 2023, users with a Free subscription will be given a 30-day trial of the Basic subscription tier. After the 30 days are over, an active subscription will be required to access the account going forward. The Basic tier starts at the low price of $29/month, or $299/year.

If you do not plan on renewing, you will have these 30 days to download any data you want to keep. After 90 days from the trial expiring, any data left in an inactive account will be deleted. 

What will happen to Pro user accounts?

Monthly Pro users will be billed at the same monthly rate of $99. However, the new annual rate of $999 will be put in place. We will have a grace period of 30 days (April 30th, 2023) where you can maintain your annual subscription rate of $828 if your anual renewal date happens to be in April. If you need assistance, please contact support. 

Will I keep my existing Yearly Pro account rate? 

Users with an existing yearly Pro account will not be able to keep the same rate. There is a 30-day grace period from the renewal date that will allow existing Yearly Pro users to get a full refund if they decide not to renew their subscription. 

Does my existing stored data count against my upload limit?

No, all data uploaded before the new subscription changes will not count against your upload limit. 

Does my Basic subscription tier data count against my upload limit if I upgrade my subscription? 

Yes, existing uploaded from a Basic subscription tier will count towards your upload limit after you upgrade your subscription. So if you maxed out the Basic tier's 100GB limit, you will start your Pro tier subscription with 100GB out of the maximum of 1TB (1,000GB)

Am I able to purchase a higher upload limit?

Basic subscription accounts may increase their upload limit by upgrading to a higher tier. For example, Pro subscriptions get 1TB of upload limit. For all other subscriptions, additional storage is not available for purchase via the Measure web app. For additional information please contact sales.groundcontrol@ageagle.com. 

How will data be counted against my upload limit?

Only image uploads, map imports, and files/folders uploaded to documents will be counted against your upload limit. 

Will I get data back if I delete my images?

No, data will not be removed from your upload limit if uploaded files are deleted since those files have already been stored internally.

What will happen if I reach my upload limit? 

There will be a data threshold of 5GB over the upload limit. No more uploads will be accepted if the threshold is exceeded. If more upload limit is required, you can consider upgrading your subscription tier - or contact sales for information about a custom plan.

What will happen to my data if I don't renew my subscription?

Once an account's subscription expires, there will be a 90-day grace period before all user data will be deleted. If the subscription is restarted before the full 90 days, the expiry date will be reset and all existing data will be immediately available.

Any data you have processed during a trial or active subscription must be downloaded before canceling or trial expiration.

How do I cancel my subscription?

How do I downgrade my subscription?

Subscription downgrades are not available via the Measure web app. Please contact support.groundcontrol@ageagle.com. 

Can I still purchase Data Buckets as an Enterprise user?

No, data buckets are no longer used. Usage will now be determined by the amount of data uploaded to Measure Ground Control. Enterprise accounts start with 1TB of upload limit, with additional upload bandwidth available for purchase.
