Privacy Policy

Effective Date: February 25, 2022

Our Commitment to Your Privacy

At Measure UAS, Inc. (“Measure”) we value your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains
what happens to the information that you provide to us via our services, which may
include those available at the www.measure.com website or via our software
applications such as Ground Control™ (any of which may be referred to as the
“Services” in this document).

This Privacy Policy also describes the options that you have about the way your
information is collected and used. By using the Services and providing us with your
information, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.

Information That We Collect

The Services may permit you to create an account, make requests, register to receive
materials or information, or provide feedback to us. To fulfill these requests, we may
ask you to provide personal information, including, without limitation, your name and
email address.

The Services also may access certain components of your mobile device, such as the
device’s clock, global positioning system (GPS) sensor or wireless communication
devices. In order to be fully functional, our software applications may require access
to data from your device such as location data from the GPS sensor or from a wireless
network to which your device is connected, a device identifier, a time stamp, a
hardware type, language and time zone settings, and data regarding your usage of
the Measure software applications. The Services also may receive certain data from
a drone that you connect to the mobile device that uses our mobile application, such
as motion sensor data, visual and sonic sensor data, GPS sensor data, battery level
and images captured by a camera. This Privacy Policy may refer to any such data
collected from your device or drone as “device data.”

How We Use Information That We Collect

We may use the personally identifiable information that you submit to us and your
device data to provide you with access to the Services and their functions, to create
an account on your behalf, and to provide you with products, services, or information
that you request.

We may also use any personally-identifiable information that you submit and device
data, separately or in combination with pre-existing information to: provide, or allow
our affiliates or service providers to provide, you with information, products or
services; enable a credit card processing company or third-party application store to
process your payments for access to the Services; enforce our Terms of Use; or
contact you with more information about our Services and those of our affiliates or
others with whom we may have a business relationship. We may share data with
others about your usage of our Services, including but not limited to your device data,
in aggregate form with data from other users, or in a manner that does not relate
such data to your personally identifiable information.

Our Services may provide you with the option to share device data and your
personally identifiable information with our other users or third parties. If you select
this option, we may share this information with those other users or third parties.

In addition, if we are involved in a transaction such as a merger, stock purchase or
sale, or sale of substantially all of our assets, your personally identifiable information
and device data may be transferred to the other party in the transaction. We reserve
the right to disclose your personally identifiable information and device data if
required to do so by law or legal process or otherwise requested by any law
enforcement or agency acting under color of law.

We will not use or share your personally identifiable information or device data other
than as described above without prior notice and an opportunity to opt-out pursuant
to this Privacy Policy.

We will not sell your personally identifiable information to any third party other than
in connection with a sale of all or a significant portion of our business.

Data Security

We have established appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to
safeguard and secure information we collect via the Services. We cannot enforce or
control the security of devices and networks that you may use to submit information
to us. We are not responsible for the disclosure or interception of your information
before we receive it.

Children’s Privacy

We do not intend to collect personally identifiable information from children under
the age of 13 years old, and we do not collect or maintain information at the Services
from those we actually know are under the age of 13.

Cookies

We may monitor and obtain your usage information of our website and web-based
services by installing a “cookie” or other tool on your electronic device. These tools
allow us to recognize repeat users, compile data and personalize your experience
with the Services. Our cookies and other tools do not give us any information
regarding your usage of any service other than our Services.

Choice and Opt-Out Preferences

We do not collect your personally identifiable information or device data unless you
choose to provide it, although you may need to provide certain information and
device data in order to use the Services. You may “opt-out” of receiving further
information about us and third-party products and services by contacting us
at https://help.measure.com/en/help/kb-tickets/new.

Some aspects of our Services may enable you to authorize sharing your device data,
information based on your device data, and personally identifiable information with
one or more insurance providers. We will only share such information and data with
the insurance providers if you provide us with authorization to do so. You agree that
neither Measure nor its affiliates, service providers, employees, or contractors are
liable for any accuracy or inaccuracy of such data and information, or for any claims,
damages, or other liabilities resulting from the insurance provider’s use of the data
or information.

Delete Account

We allow you to delete your account at any time. Please note that an account deletion
will result in any personal or financial information, account contents, or data that was
added, created, or stored and will never be accessible to you again. Make sure to
download or backup anything that you do not want to lose before deleting your
account.

The result of deleting an account will be that you will not be able to log back in to
Measure Ground Control or continue to use the associated credentials with any of
Measure’s products or services. This also means that you will lose all data and content
like flight plans, flight logs, raw image uploads, or processed image data, as well as
anything else associated with your account.

To learn how to delete your account, please visit the Delete Your Account page, and
any actions you wish to take regarding account deletion should take place there.
Revisions to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right, in our discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of
this Privacy Policy at any time and from time to time, without prior notice to you. All
revisions will be posted to the Services. We urge you to review the Privacy Policy for
changes. Your continued use of the Services means that you accept any changes.
